Orquestra sinfônica de paraty
SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA -
MUSIC SAVING LIVES
The Paraty Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of conductor Weslem Daniel, originated as a sociocultural project and, since May 2021, has officially become the city’s Symphony Orchestra. Permanently supported by both the city hall and private initiatives, and managed by the Sandi Hotel, it now provides training and opportunities for 60 young apprentices and musicians from various neighborhoods of Paraty. Rehearsals and presentations (fortnightly) can be attended at the Sandi Hotel.
Dance
PARATY DANCE ASSOCIATION
Social project intended for children and adolescents who learn Ballet and Jazz techniques in the city of Paraty. Since 2004, it has attended approximately 3,000 students, including children, adolescents and adults.
Tenis Paraty
Socio-educational project that attends free of charge, 3 times a week, 75 children and adolescents from ages 7 to 17, who attend public schools.
Cerâmica Foz
Art is part of our DNA, and to celebrate this essential pillar of the Sandi Hotel’s identity, we offer private ceramic classes with local artists. Beyond crafting the pieces displayed throughout our hotel, these artists also bring their talent to life as sculptors.
